I am a Professional pastry chef having 17 years of experience of working in leading 5star hotels likeThe Taj, Le meridian , Pride Inn group of hotels in India as well as Commercial bakery “Kabhi-B “ Gujarat .
I am having working exposure of abroad. I have been also working in Punjab technical University and Chitkara university Rajpura ,Punjab as a Baking mentor and coach for hotel management and culinary Arts students , I have trained and mentored around 12,000 students and trainees to achieve their goal to get succeed in baking industry .
